We worked with Uttam Dalal , 4 years ago early spring of 2017 to sell our first home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! Now, we just sold our 2nd home last January 2021. We received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Uttam's incredible work. Uttam brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. He also brought in a designer, to help stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Their marketing team is top notch and can't be beat! Uttam was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. He was always available to answer our questions and is a very knowledgeable with his profession. Uttam Dalal came as a savior for us.  We were having tough time because of the market conditions and were having tough experience with another agent/brokerage.  When we called Uttam for our 2nd property, we instantly knew after talking to him that he will do a good job for us.  The knowledge he has and the positive energy he emits is amazing.  He gave us an overall plan on how he is going to market our house and he was always 1 day ahead of his plans.  Even though we didn't need a Staging (new house), he insisted on it and got the staging done for us in no time and made the house stand out.  Even before the house was listed, the showings were already started.  He spent quality time talking to his contacts and getting them to see the house.  The amount of traffic he generated for both Showings and Open house was commendable.  Even in a down market like now, he was able to gather a enthusiastic crowd of buyers who were willing to place an offer on the house.  With just one open house he was able to get multiple offers on our house and provided valuable inputs on which offer would be better for us in terms of price, closing and worthiness of the buyer.  We got a confirmed offer in no time and the whole selling process was very pleasant, fast, amazing and standard which was more than our expectation.  All I can say is I had the privilege to sell my house through Uttam.  I hope more and more home owners will have the same privilege as we did.  Thanks Uttam and God bless you.
